Supplier Verification & Partnership Onboarding Fee
To maintain a serious and professional supplier partnership process, Bansi Suppliers may require an approved supplier verification and partnership onboarding fee before full onboarding begins.
This fee helps support supplier review, product assessment, catalogue checking, administrative processing, partnership documentation, communication handling and product listing preparation for selected suppliers.
The fee is only applicable to suppliers who pass the initial application review and are considered suitable for further partnership discussion.
Possible Supplier Verification & Onboarding Levels
The supplier verification and onboarding fee may vary depending on the supplier type, product category, number of products, level of review required and the type of partnership being discussed.
Final fee details are confirmed only after Bansi Suppliers reviews the application and determines whether the supplier is suitable for the next onboarding stage.
Local Supplier Verification
Suitable for local suppliers, wholesalers and small distributors who want to submit products for review, listing consideration and partnership discussion.
Suggested range: KSh 5,000 – KSh 15,000 depending on category and review level.
Verified Supplier Partner
Suitable for serious suppliers with larger product ranges, better stock capacity and readiness to support corporate supply opportunities.
Suggested range: KSh 20,000 – KSh 50,000 depending on product range and onboarding needs.
Manufacturer / Distributor Onboarding
Suitable for manufacturers, importers, exporters and brand owners who want stronger onboarding, product review and distribution discussion.
Suggested range: KSh 75,000 – KSh 150,000+ depending on partnership scope.
