1. About Bansi Suppliers

Bansi Suppliers provides workplace products, safety equipment, PPE, office furniture, safe boxes and general supply solutions for individuals, companies, contractors, institutions, government entities, NGOs and procurement teams in Kenya.

Our services include product supply, quotation preparation, bulk order support, LPO processing, VAT invoice support and delivery coordination.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, upload harmful content, copy materials without permission or use the website in a way that may damage Bansi Suppliers, other users or third parties.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations may be subject to stock availability, price changes, delivery costs, taxes and supplier adjustments. A quotation does not guarantee stock reservation unless payment, deposit, LPO acceptance or written confirmation has been completed and acknowledged by Bansi Suppliers.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after Bansi Suppliers accepts it through written communication, invoice, payment confirmation, LPO acceptance or another approved order confirmation method.

Bansi Suppliers reserves the right to decline, cancel or revise an order where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, payment is not completed, delivery cannot be arranged, or the order raises compliance, fraud or operational concerns.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the customer type, order value, product category and agreement between Bansi Suppliers and the customer.

Payment may be required before delivery, on order confirmation, by deposit, through LPO arrangement or under approved credit terms where applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct before making payment.

Bansi Suppliers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references, incomplete payment details or payment made to unverified accounts.

7. Delivery and Collection

Bansi Suppliers may offer delivery coordination within Nairobi and across Kenya depending on the order size, product availability, customer location and delivery arrangement.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, courier schedules, traffic, weather, public holidays, supplier delays or factors beyond our control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, contact information and receiving instructions. Bansi Suppliers is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details, unavailable recipients or lack of communication from the customer.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery or collection. Any issue relating to wrong items, visible damage, missing items or quantity discrepancies should be reported to Bansi Suppliers as soon as possible, preferably on the same day of delivery.

Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without approval may not qualify for exchange, replacement or refund.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges or refunds may be considered depending on the product type, condition, reason for return and time of reporting.

Items may not be accepted for return where they have been used, damaged, opened, customized, assembled, installed, worn, contaminated, specially ordered or supplied according to confirmed customer specifications.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain PPE items may not be returnable once opened, used or handled in a way that affects resale condition. These may include masks, respirators, gloves, ear plugs and similar safety products.

Approved refunds may be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method, subject to verification and applicable deductions such as delivery, handling or restocking costs where necessary.

10. Product Warranty

Some products may carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty coverage, duration and conditions depend on the specific product and manufacturer terms.

Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, poor handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, accidental damage, exposure to unsuitable conditions or use outside the intended purpose.

Customers should confirm warranty details before purchase where warranty is important to the buying decision.

11. PPE and Safety Equipment Disclaimer

Bansi Suppliers supplies PPE and safety equipment for workplace protection. However, customers remain responsible for selecting the correct PPE based on their workplace risks, safety procedures, industry standards and professional risk assessment.

Product descriptions are for general guidance only. For high-risk environments, hazardous substances, chemical exposure, electrical hazards, fall protection, respiratory hazards or specialized safety requirements, customers should seek professional safety guidance before purchase.

12. Bulk Orders, Corporate Orders and LPOs

For bulk, corporate, institutional or LPO-based orders, the terms stated on the quotation, invoice, LPO acceptance, email communication or written agreement may apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Bansi Suppliers may request deposit payment, purchase confirmation, official LPO, company details, delivery instructions or other documentation before processing large orders.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, layout, page designs and brand materials, belongs to Bansi Suppliers or its content suppliers unless otherwise stated.
