What do you get when you mix the basketball and sneaker cultural icon Michael Jordan, with the individuality, creativity and freedom of skateboard culture? You get none other than Nike’s latest flame thrower of a sneaker, the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 Pine Green!

The Pine Green colourway was first seen back in 2009 as part of the Defining Moments Package (DMP Pack) which was a salute to Michael Jordan’s 63-point performance against the Boston Celtics in the ‘86 NBA Playoffs.

Even though the Bulls lost that game, Jordan’s brilliance still shone through. With the Pine Green colour originally on a pair of Jordans 1’s, it has now made it to a pair of super clean Jordans 4’s. Nike has really hit the mark with the materials on this shoe.

The premium sail colour leather on the upper is complimented by a soft light grey suede around the edge of the toe box. There are nice hits of Pine Green across the shoe on the midsole, eyelets, back tab and back of the tongue.
